- Final pricing is dependent upon actual job site conditions, ground stability, reach requirements, pipe/hose linear footages, pumpable concrete mix slump, minimum hourly and yardage commitments, setup time, wash-out requirements, and ready-mix delivery schedules.
2. Contractor Status & Licensing
Signature Concrete Pumping LLC operates as an independent specialized subcontractor providing concrete pumping and placement services. We maintain commercial general liability and workers' compensation insurance coverage in accordance with applicable state and local laws across our service territories in the Carolinas and Georgia.
3. Customer & General Contractor Responsibilities
To ensure safe and compliant operations, the customer, property owner, or general contractor agrees that they are solely responsible for:
- Site Access & Ground Stability: Providing safe, stable, and unobstructed ingress and egress suitable for heavy commercial concrete boom trucks and line pumps, including ensuring that subterranean utilities, septic tanks, vaults, and driveways are capable of supporting gross vehicle weights.
- Overhead Clearance & Safety: Ensuring adequate clearance from overhead power lines, electrical wires, and physical obstructions in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Wash-Out Area: Providing an environmentally compliant and lawful on-site wash-out location for concrete equipment cleaning in compliance with federal (EPA), state, and municipal regulations.
- Permits & Traffic Control: Securing any required municipal right-of-way permits, street closure authorizations, or traffic control flaggers unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Concrete Quality & Third-Party Suppliers
Signature Concrete Pumping LLC is exclusively responsible for the pumping and placement of concrete provided to our equipment hopper. We do not manufacture, sell, or warrant the mix design, chemical admixtures, slump, curing, or structural strength of ready-mix concrete supplied by third-party concrete batch plants or material suppliers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable federal and state laws, Signature Concrete Pumping LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages (including lost profits, construction delays, liquidating damages, or equipment standby charges) arising out of or related to equipment failure, mechanical breakdown, site access delays, weather interruptions, or ready-mix supplier delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
